My suggestion is, that moderators read their messages...
I've sent a message to a moderator...about a huge mistake i made....
6 days ago....
It isn;t read....

I've never been on this forum, so i did pick the first mod-name i did see...

Nasenprinz is the person that created this game, but he's never actually online on the forum,
he created it to go along with the game, but lets other people run the forum for him.

if you looked at the list of mods in the memberlist/usergroups, you should also have been able to see who are active, by viewing their postcount.

You should message one of the following people:
GoldenEye (game/forum administrator) or
Pearlbay (Kapilands Support)
then you might get a quick response.

There's more moderators on here, but those two are the most active.

Additionally, you could have contacted http://support.upjers.com/ to get help.

How was i supposed to know that he isn't here all the time??
Other newbees on the forum even don't know that kind of things....

Honestly, look at the announcements board.

there's mainly two names that pop up, so it's somewhat obvious that those are the active mods/admins.

that's how I could see it even on my first day here, when I was still a newbie.

And as a newbie to the forum, it's always a smart thing to go through the announcements (or the FAQ, for that matter) anyway as they display the forum rules, etc.
