bannish somebody from our img

I think that some user are spamming in IMG
so in this case, can we bannish a user from our img ?(or can it be possible in the future?)
for example this morning a user send me an img saing that he would sell me "diamond" for only 1000 each....i said him to don't bother me anymore, but he still send me other img after....
it should be good to make a "bannish" button for this knid of problem

(i have made a mistake and put the same proposal in "bugs"...can anybody remove it?)
