i dont know if this is possible, but why dont you make 1 contest between realm 1+2.
both realms compete on the same contest.
the top 150 get the cc and the medals.
this way its really tough, and fun.
its just an idea.

Maybe the idea is somehow "nice", but I see different problems in this.
Firstly R2 has not the capacities that R1 has. The companies in R1 are much richer than in R2, the buildings are huger etc. So it is obvious that a player from R1 would be the winner.
Secondly - and this is the real argument against your idea - there is no connection between R1 and R2. Thus it is techically not possible to link both realms for whatever reason.
