Optimization button

I think it would be better to have this on the staff page rather than the expansion page.

the optimization can't be used on a 4000m building unless you have 400 staff. As you employ new workers after expansion I think this would be a better page for the optimization button.

Any thoughts ?

most players dont eaven know there IS an optimi... button xD

No, I also think it doesn't belong where it is. I think optimization should be automatic.
