My problem is when i go to my research section it says apples are lvl 2 and seeds are lvl 2 as well but when i go to make seeds or apples it still shows that they are lvl 0. At lvl 2 i should be able to make q1 seeds and with the seeds make lvl 1 apples. thank you for your time.

Greetings.
You need to go into your production building. On the top there stands: "Quality level: Edit"
click there on edit and fill in the quality you wish. (You can fill in 125, so your building will always take the maximal research you got at the moment).
After this your research will be counted in your productions.

PS: If you have build a new building, please don't forget that you have to change the Quality level in there, as well.
