Today, I found 460,459 seeds (which is how much I tend to manufacture at a time) in my warehouse. I can't be sure where they came from because I've been making as high quality seeds as I can. Of course it could be one of my mistakes. But...
The unit price is 0.00 and I get this message every time I try to sell it at any price:
"That's not a good deal. You'd better not do this."

It's not really bothering me but makes me wonder.
Haven't tried to send it to cyber space yet.

How much cash do you have? In case you don't have enough for market commission.

If so try and sell it for 0.2c on the market as that is a normal price. Just there is programs running so that you can't sell things to other accounts for nothing.

Have you used the high Q seeds to produce something then stopped production? if so they would be sent back to your warehouse as Q0 and at the price of 0.00, you only tend to get the "That's not a good deal. You'd better not do this." message if your trying to sell Q0 seeds over the NPC price of 0.27

Money isn't an problem.
I actually did produce 6 sugar canes by accident, which explains it all.
And I got em delivered cheap as dirt.
