Good question, I guess he has 12h b4 auction close + the 12h waiting period to get 200m and if he has 20 coins laying around should be no problem but prehaps it is wiser to have it on hand. In normal auctions if the first bider backs out he pays the difference between his bid and the seconds and its not really fair if another player can push the bid sky high and then just back out. But there is no way to prove that he dident have the cash at the time.

I have 282m in fluid cash, and 50 coins, add to that contracts pending of over 200m and u'll get a good answer of how much money I have...

I suggest u stick to u'r own bids on this auction and not other's

...this is from the auction rules

6. Delivery and payment
The delivery date should be fixed, if not, the goods have to be delivered at least 12 hours after the end of the auction. The contract has also to be signed 12 hours after it has been sent. If there is no time or money for signing the contract, this has to be negotiated with the seller.

Well you are the highest bidder with 470 mil, you can't withdraw your bid.

if i withdraw my bid it goes back to the previous bid which is 460mil
