[BUY/TRADE] Mines Large

I need to get lots of BIG mines in Saudi Arabia (No-where else) soon. I currently don't have that much space and I understand that people might want to still have decent sized mines therefore I am willing to sell a 4000m2 mine in Saudi Arabia (optimized once) for each mine you sell me and I'll still pay the full price of the original mine... confused? Ok this is how it goes:

1) Mails me with the size of your mine and whether you want to trade or not.
2) If you want to trade then I'll send you one of my 4000m2 mines for 400mil.
3) You then send me your mine for the agreed price and I accept it.
4) If you don't buy the mine off me we go straight to stage 3.

Not to hard eh?

The prices don't vary.

I'll sell my mines at 400mil each only to those who will sell me a larger mine back afterwards.

I will buy mines at 120k/m2 as long as they are over 8000m2!!!
