Factories Sold

Buying E-Factories in Green & Red, Minimum Size 200m^2 Post Offers here please^*.

*Heck I'll take ones in Yellow if the price is good enough :)

^ As a rough guide I'm looking to spend about 20,000c to 25,000c a metre per a factory.

I would recommend not getting red E-facs, too expensive to make things with, and yellow is meaningless

Depends what profit you're making per a piece :)

Regarding Yellow, I'm seriously under producing right now so I wouldn't mind have an inefficient Yellow right I expand the others.

Don't know precisely what you are making with them, but i would still recommend against red E-Facs

Buuut, you seem a little eager to get them, so that can explain

And how much are you selling for

I'll Keep my exact product my little secret :)

But for an example it is possible to make Q10 Televisions for 1200 sell for 2000 so 800 profit in Green , so although it is make for 1400 in Red sell for 2000 so 600 profit a piece *1.25 production bonus = 750.

You can see it will only take a small increase in Q (4 is the break even in this example) to make Red even with Green.

And this is ignoring other follow on effects, for example greater Fixed Assets Ratio.

Not for bursting your dream totally, but fixed assets is the same in red and green :D

Guess it would flatten over time, as quality costs the same in green, as in red, though not totally sure there

And the if you make more than the TVs yourself, then it would be worse, i think

And why so secretive

any way no one will sale e-facs for that price, they expend very slow, so with that price per sqm - u won't get any one to sale..

According to that^ Red adds 66% more to the fixed assets total than Green.

I think the point is whenever profit per a unit equals 10 times the production cost it should be built in Red.

@ Airparker

Thanks for tip :)

But since I'm mainly aiming for 500m to 1000m factories right now shouldn't that be a fair price?

For example a Green 500m2 factory costs about 9 million to make and i;m willing to offer 12.5 million so that's a 40% bonus for the 10.5 day construction time.

Hmmm, area is dependent on what you make, I produce e comps as well as TVs. E comps cost 100ea to make in red and sell for 200-300ea (cost 30 in green)
Thats a huge jump comparative
It costs 300-400c to produce TVs but I can sell them for 3.5-4k ea so only 10% of the price (150 in green)
So it can be worth it to get that extra 25% of TVs but not really for e comps
My 2c :D
