mines in yellow 5000m2 each. three mines. price is 75k per m2

plantations in green (3000m2 - 4000m2) price is 45k per m2

Mine = 375million x 2 = 750 million

Im hoping since Im getting 2 that I will get maybe a 10% discount? Or throw in the 4000m2 plantation for half a price? 90 million?
