if you want to expand you will not sell at 0.03 iven at 0.04 is bat idea to sell

on market price is 0.06 rare you see at 0.05 so if you put on market at 0.05 you get 0.045

Powerplants should ALWAYS be in green...

Look at it that way:

Production cost green 0.01c
Production cost yellow 0.02c
Production cost red 0.03c

Now, this means that the cost of power in red is 300% of that in green. However you only get a 50% increased production. Given the fact that the expansion cap is far far far away, it is always the best strategy to build power plants in green.

On topic: On a personal note, I think that 0.03 is too low to sell power for. This will only destroy the market.

i know what he means, and he's Right, it's best to build Power Plants in Green, you get most Profit from there.

I think "knolls" once did some calc on the best place to build power plants, and it's right that green is the most profitable area right now (when the price is so low)
If the price increase then at some point red would be the best place, cant remenber the exact price.
Point here: Don't always just build in green

But how about transport costs?
Have the game forgot to count that, when buying from other companies (although have it for internal transports)?
IRL the transport would be a high percentage of the price if being electricity from Africa to Germany
