240,000 units of Water daily minimum - 0,10 caps/unit
100,000 units of Power daily minimum - 0,07 caps/unit

These are estimates as those facilities are going through upgrades; my capacity may end up being more. I'm willing to negotiate.

Offer will close absolutely on the 3rd July regardless of whether I've found a buyer or not.
