i try an log onto my accout and it says "Hello,

unfortunately you obviously broke the rules of the game. Therfore your account has been locked and cannot be used in future. You will have to start new, which means to start also with new data. You don't know the reason for being suspended? Multiaccounting as well as taking extraordinary advantages, resp. exploiting an account are forbidden and avenged with the deletion of the account. Your account has been revised several times and this obviously showed cheating in your account. There will be no chance for excuses here, please start again and play fair. In case you bought coins with real money, we will credit them to your new account after receiving your information on the details of your old and new account.

Have fun in a fair game!

i been away for the week and come back to this, mabe its a mistake could you look into this please.

i live at childrens hme i use there main computer in the lounge i been away cuz its my week that i go away so trust me it wasnt me

i spent weeks and weeks on this game and i come back to this ive not been asked to explain my or anything just that paragraph its kinda sad how they treat u i loked at something at my account showcase and i got nothin evrythings been deleted anyway all the cash i saved and all my buildings its worthless askin for my account back but i just wanna know what ive done.
