Plz, let off on this GOlden eye (no offence intended)

, its quinda irritating

, If possible no more 'advice of the week' from golden eye. The newspaper was better when many people sent in articles

, They are better then 1 company that is big with a interview, when all they did to get were they are is sell oil

, So i beg you go back 2 newspaper ago version of it for it was very mutch better.

And the other thing is: I really seem to be a lucky guy that I personally can't find a "GOlden eye" or "golden eye" in this forum.

About the "Advice of the week":
It may be that you do not need any "advice" because you are already a "big" player who knows everything of this game but other players might find it helpful.
Why do you complain here in the forum and not just by sending me a PM or IGM? Well... I don't want to know that.

By the way: Why didn't you write something for the KapiTimes?

You can also send an article to the KapiTimes, like every player here.

If you doesn't want to read some article, then ignore it.. so easy!

In German version of Kapilands there are player, who writes 4,5,6 articles. I don't understand, what is bad of that?

Why attack the person providing extra content?

I think everyone agrees, that it would be nice for more content from more people, but until more people take the time to submit articles.

Why attack the one person that is submiting them?

or would you prefer a newspaper with even less content. and considering it's a newspaper issue why don't you submit a letter to the editor, because i'm sure that would get printed next issue, and then maybe you'd get more reply's to your letter.

Don't turn this round on me, i'm not a creative writer, so I won't be submiting anything major, but from time to time, if i have the time i might do a small thing, but that all depends. So I appreciate anything anyone does for the paper, yes it seems tobe starting small, but hopefully it will grow as more people submit articles/letters to the editor.

First I wanted to delete this post... just get it away, as I think it is more than unfair to post such a text here, which has no basis at all...

Nearly all the issues before have been done by me ALONE! There were letters of readers in the last issues and I was really happy to have them. But there was no single kind of "column" which appeared on a regular basis. I am happy that GoldenEye does these articles and the feedback of some users I get shows, that the readers also appreciate that.

You are welcome to discuss the newspaper, to send criticism etc., but you are NOT welcome to insult people with your threads... if you have a problem (and I am quite sure to know it), then contact me directly...

btw: I will close this thread as soon as there are further attacks against single users here... and I will also close it if GoldenEye asks me to, as this thread is not mainly dealing with the newspaper but with one person...

Ganman, all you do is spamming all over the place in this forum, when I read articles or replies from Goldeneye I read something that required time to think about before it's written down, the man has a vision on different aspects of the game which could be intresting (although I don't necessary agree with everything he claims), the only thing I read in most of your posts is something that has already been said thousands of times or something new you come up with that's been posted before you even thought about it yourself. Here we read just another example...

ps ganman: if you make a post about purchasing something, don't f**king leave that contract unsigned for 3 days just to cancel it afterwards....

He wrote that he did send articles.
He has the right to have his own opinion even if he is in minority.
Personaly if I don't like something I just don't read it. It really helps.
As for the newspaper I don't have anything against GoldenEye's articles.
There are just to few people really doing something for the newspaper (Tycoon, GoldenEye... and I think that's it)
While we are criticizing the newspaper I can tell I didn't like the contest storry. The one about apples was pretty good, but this one was... well I think it was only trying to explain why you have to send TVs. The other stories were more interesting and you could say that the contest was only something added to the story, not oposite.

You maybe should inform yourself, wwhat is possible and what is not possible, before you criticise, that ist is not possible.
Of course you can, what lot of people have written before, write stories and publish them in KapiTimes.
But sry wenn nobody wants to read your text because it will be rubbish again, if I see your language.
And the niveauless "theme"...

You may should be happy about it, that GoldenEye writes his textes and gaves tipps.
You definitly have to learn a lot.

It's me again.

Well - first of all: Thank you all very much for your support.
It shows that there are several people who like my articles or at least appreciate what I do. This is good for me to know because I don't want to publish something in the KapiTimes just in order to read my name in there but the help people! And I will publish more articles as long as there are players that like to read them.

Be aware: As Tycoon pointed out I already have some more and different ideas. We'll see what I can make of them in the next weeks.

And if anyone asks himself why I send in severel articles a week then I have to say just one thing: I want to fill the KapiTimes with useful and even funny things. I do not intend to spam in the KapiTimes as others do here in this forum but I try to work on an improvement of the newspaper. I also know about people in the German version that didn't like the game in the beginning but finally got some kind of addicted to it because of the things around the game itself. And I think that we all can work on an improvement of the community.
I just do what I can do - and this is writing.

You all are welcome to send in your articles (as long as it is something useful or interesting with a connection to Kapilands).
So please: Before you start complaining about the newspaper you also should try to improve it. And it is certainly not the right way to insult people for their work.

I had a small contact with ganman via PM during the time this thread has been locked.
I honestly hope that ganman will decide to post some of those nice words in this thread just as a clear sign that we found a harmonic ending.
