SO now What?
OK guys, as a few of you know I was fairly active in hammering the concept of making the game/forum more active so to atone for this im gona throw out a challenge of sorts. Come up with in implementable solution to any problem you see in the game and figure out the easiest way to make it happen.
Im not saying just drop a one line "raise npc prices" ideas but an actual detailed plan so for an example: (This is not what I think just an EXAMPLE)
Idea: Decrease the real cash coin price by half
Halving the cost will generate a large boost in the number of coins entering the market leading to several knock on effects
1> I generalized reduction in inflation the economy is generating
2> Makes premium more accessible to smaller/newer players
3> Thereby creating a new surge in interest in the game as a whole
4> A lower coin price will increase 'items' brought through the system thus making more coin sales to upjers ect ect
I believe this concept can im implemented with a minimal of fuss and that there is sufficient elasticity in the market to make entice the same number of $ out of gamers pockets on the whole so it will not damage Upjers bottom line but will have a significant positive effect on
the game as a whole.
The above isent well though out or even particularly logical but you get the general idea, im hoping for an intelligent and robust debate to get going and out of it we can take several workable ideas to upjers and who knows maybe we ill get a positive response and ill happily eat my words!
Again to stress it. These ideas actually have to be easily implementable, so if you say increase the price of say.....Fruit you must say by $X and also how you think this will effect the market as a whole, Ie. the Fruit increase will pull resources away from high production areas but will also conversely generate more demand for water creating further dependence on NPC production.
Well I hope this will pick up the forums a little bit, prove me wrong people!

I think it's a good idea, but I still fail to see how this will improve the forum population apart from situations that aren't about coins. When I left, the forums were going strong. Now, they are just deserted. No-one is here, most of the forum treasures of my time have left. We need to run a newspaper advertisement about the forums, and show some companies that have heavily benefited from it.
Could you name some companies in particular?Corpbulldog7 wrote:I think it's a good idea, but I still fail to see how this will improve the forum population apart from situations that aren't about coins. Doing a KapiTimes article for the forums isn't a bad idea, but help me out with some sources here...

Used to be? As if Greed! Your a two bit waste of air thats needed to feed hungry orphans in uganda, in fact I doubt your fit to breath the air in my compost heap even if thats the only place you would fit in, with the other decomposing has-beens! Sprinkle a bit of mulch on top any you've got yourself prime worm food, heck it comes preset with a liberal helping of bull!&%* just to sweeten the deal. So whilst your "warming up" do the world a favor and take out some life insurance payable to the Uganda Fund for Orphans (UFO) so somebody will care when you finally do join the great worm farm in the sky! Ill even do a pub crawl in your memory, oh wait thats so I can erase your from my memory, my bad!
Hehe, warmed up? I couldn't resist

If I were good at debating I could do that for you. I detest maths and it's only pure luck that I have managed in this game as far as I have. But again, I'm not good at arguing when I don't feel for the subject at hand.GREED inc. wrote:quite creative, i must say
but no, i need someone who will annoy me with utter ignorance of mathematics
