Building in different countries

Post by Guest » 18.09.2010, 11:52

We all know that buildings can be built in 8 countries around the world. But if we want this game to be more realistic shouldn't we have a larger selection of countries?

I personally think that there should be more countries to build in. Whatever your opinion, please post below so we can all see what the most popular option is.

The amount of countries doesn't bother me. I'm more concerned about how red zones are pretty much the only area where you benefit from retail. I suppose it's realistic in that way. I just feel it's a shame that retail is mostly focused on Red zones. (Leather jackets leave a profit in the arabic world but not food).

Just my spontanous thought.

...though now that I think of it, more countries could come in handy if a product ever reach close to 100% fulfilled demand of a product in a certain country. On the other hand, 100% fulfilled demand would force companies to rethink their production. :?

I agree that red zones are basically the only successful way to make a profit. The other zones are for production. Having more countries means more ways to make a profit and to expand your company.

It is realistic that way, but since there are only 8 countries to build in, takes away the realistic part. It would be good if there was a wider range, from opposite sides of the world making your company successful everywhere.

This is a completely different issue, and its about all the images are kapilands. The people in the office, credits and on the login page are surprisingly fake! Thats just my opinion, but i think that all the imagery around the site should be updated and made more realistic.

this is so not true. stores in red are completely equivalent. the difference comes by stats averages
