Should I?

Post by Guest » 20.06.2010, 10:22

Should I play Kapilands in a different language? As I want to try some things but can barely speak English let alone another language. Also have any other Kapilands launched new realms recently?

I have started playing Welt6 with Google Translate (even though I know ABSOLUTELY no German! :P ) and I understand everything well, that new version of Kapi is SOOO cool! :D

Do you feel your English is bad? I think you're doing just fine. From what I have read you don't seem to have problems at all. But if you want to try another language then by all means, go ahead. You can always delete the company if it doesn't work out. :)

Making a new account on German servers but after 3 attempts and 3 registrations and none of them working, I am now in "discussions" with a German mod, who has basically told me, "I can speak English so please don't use Google Translate".

Anything I can assist with, or is that being taken care of?

You can get a google translate toolbar which gives you the choice to automatically translate everything on the page.

Google Translate might be good if you're going to translate something from English to another language ( in this case, German ), but for some others, it sucks ass big time! I wouldn't give a rats' ass on it..

I know, the translation isn't very accurate, but it is the only translator I know of that you can get a toolbar for.

Are the other language versions that different?
If not, you should be able to figure out how to play them just from where all the buttons are. xD

That wouldn't be very easy on Welt6 because it is a new version of Kapilands with which many people on here aren't familiar with.

So, anyone else tried other Kapilands versions? :D

I don't speak German, but I am using the German Kapilands Welt6 which houses the new version of Kapilands in it. There are a lot of new things in it.

I may try Welt 6 at some point, but not yet.
I need my activity in the .com version. ;)

Is the basic setup on W6 the same as .com or completely different? as pretty much every other game from upjers has drag and drop for markets etc and i can't use my phone for those, one of the good things about kapilands is there is no drag and drop to market or anywhere else and i tend to log in during the day from my phone.

Doesn't bother me that much but what i tend to do with the other games is produce constantly for a week or so and then log on via my comp and drop large amounts of products on the market blocking the market for 12/24 hrs for everyone priced above, would rather sell daily if W6 is the template for R3 would hate to have anything drag and drop.

W6 has a completely different setup than R1 and R2. Even with it being a different language than what I speak I figured it out with an hour or two. I figured it out just by clicking and memorizing what was there when I clicked. It's pretty easy and fun when you get a hang of it.
