Normally you should have got a flashing icon in R1 and R2. That is a weird thing that needs some clarification.

Is here anybody that can tell us if the R2-newspaper icon flashes in his account when there's a new issue of the KapiTimes?

R1 always flashes for me, even if I've visited the paper a few times already.
R2 never flashes for me.

I didn't check the paper from my Realm 2 account. Just went back and it wasn't flashing. (Never has come to think about it.)

R2 has never ever ever flashed- ever.

R1 does it appropriatley but the Realm 2 newspaper icon stays the same all the time.

I rearly play in R2, so I assumed that after visiting the newspaper from R1, R2 stops flashing too.

I always log into R2 before R1 thats how i noticed it didn't flash at all, and i only noticed the newspaper had been updated because of R1's flashing icon.
