OMG in realm1 look at the power plant market..! When it grows we have a power recession!!!

but then the prices of power will be much higher (its the most basic product!) and then evrything's price will go much higher!
many will get hurt by that!

Changing it would require so much work, some products would become unprofitable like jewellery and the power producers will still only be paying 0.3 (red) for their power when they produce it, and they will want to change 1c each which would be unfair. The NPC will not be changed or removed so stop dreaming and moaning about it.

They have to change randomly all NPC prices!! so every maybe 2 days it change to a different cost at the market!

and everyone thinks im crazy for producing my own power.

Although recently i muffed up by expanding too many of my power plants at one time, i bought another power plant, and bought 100m kWh lol for about 112m to prevent Crit failure in the future

i refuse to pay market prices, even if it's the difference of 0.01 caps, Because i think Upjers really owns Raw Materials Inc.

actually, It depends on what is your main buisness...
If its producing wardrobes (wich is has profit higher then producing power) then it would be more profitable for you to buy the power from the market

Hmmm changing NPC prices around a bit every now and then would be interesting. Would allow for more market fluctuations, but wouldn't unfortunatley enable a recession :\
