Does this only apply to Q0 steel?

Selling a NPC-product for a higher price than it costs at the NPC will lead to the ban of your account.

I got the above from another post but my question not realated to that post and am not sure how to link from that thread?

I sell my higher Q steel at prices higher then 135. Which is higher then the NPC price for steel, if this is the case I won't make anymore Higher Q steel.

I seen this rule change and was worried cause I have sold higher q then npc and seen this and was thinking no need to make higher q steel.

Well... there is a rule that you are not allowed to sell NPC-products (meaning: steel Q0, wood Q0, power, stones, water) above NPC-price.
