if i sell q4 wood at +0.5 per extra q i only make an extra 2 caps yet wardrobe producers make there products an extra +1q from my q4 wood and make an extra 100caps+ in there stores

So I will do the calculation for you:

1 wardrobes you need 20 woods
For every 4 quality of wood you get 1 extra quality of wardrobes

So if I pay for X+Q for wood
I need to pay 80c for every quality of wardrobes

But normally ppl buy at x+50Q/x+75Q
and if you get too high/low quality wardrobes you will be out of the golden quality range
In that way maybe you can just earn around 60c for every q.

So to sum it up, y ppl pay x+0.5Q instead of x+Q
1) Not worth the price as you pay for 80c more to get 60c in store

Think twice before you post. Don't bargin too much. You know, ppl can always buy npc wood for their production.

p.s. ROI of wood is already very large. Much larger than the ROI of wardrobes retailers

Normally it's x+0.5q making 1 q level in wardrobes cost only 40 caps, and most of them probably sell in stores so you get more then +50-60 per quality level.

the correct fair value for wood price is X+0.625Q indeed, with most wardrobe retailers offering X+50Q for wardrobes.

But hey! Who wanna take out the calculator every time when he/she send a contract!
"Ok today I got Q21 wood, and the buyer buy at 48.44+0.625Q, so the price I should send is 48.44c + 0.625 * 21 = 61.565c... which Kapiland don't even accept 3 decimal places!!!"


So I think X+0.5Q is a fair price. Paying higher than that, e.g. X+0.75Q or even X+Q, then wardrobe makers are having disadvantage when buying high Q wood.

Same thing for cotton having a round down.

thats why i used gas as an example

gas prices when i started was around 12+0.5 and its now 30+1

wardrobes was around 1,400+50 now there 2000+50

gas has gone up over 120% yet the wardrobe buyers have manged to keep the prices down with an increase of 30% only

there the 2 best products yet wardrobes has bearly seen an increase

i dont know exactly how much wardrobes sell for in the shops but if gas an survive the increase then im sure wardrobes could too them mabe then i could get my 71+q

i belive this is cause of npc.

gas producers depends only on oil, witch is not se easy to get cause wells expand in 30 min(1m2).
so the price constantly rises...

wardrobes producers can buy every thing they need of the market...
steel, wood, power...

with high wardrobes research, u can make a nice profit with buying everyting form the npc.
