POWER ON MARKET??... Great News For Sellers
Hey people...
I just looked on the market and currently my power is the cheapest power on the market at a massive 0.25 each... Which is great news for sellers...
Although please sellers keep the price high and dont offer your power too cheap...

I understand your feeling. High power price really hurts electronics & jewelry business.Advanced Electrics wrote:this is absolutely horrible. power producers are crooks.
People always have a feeling that high power price is good for power producer. But I think it should be reasonable power price benefits power producer more. It is not a good sign to see power price goes too high which people will start thinking of producing power on their own, which makes your power hard to sell.
So, be reasonable. Greedy price will turns you poor

It is not a greedy price, it is market price.
They can say whatever they want here but as demand is still higher then supply the price stays high. It is not their work, it is just market.....The only things that can break high power prices are either power supply raise or power demand drop....Second option is really unlikely to happen so we need more power producers.....

exactly, we power producers cant do anything about it though, sure some of us could band together to keep the price at 0.21(which is what i want) but the majority of power producers would still sell it at high prices.moondolphin wrote:People always have a feeling that high power price is good for power producer. We say this because if the power price is high, then small company's like you will start to produce power and soon there will be too much power floodding the market and then the power price will go down rapidlyCeltne wrote: I produce Power for my self and found it good for me, although many old players say not do it
I still think that power should stay at or below 0.09 caps. That way everybody stays happy. Maybe I'm wrong though. Maybe Myth has been right this whole time. Why should we, the power producers, lower our prices when other raw material producers refuse to do so? Since I started playing this game back in April I've kept my power prices lower than everyone else and ever since that time steel, wood, and stone prices have only gone up. So now I'm starting to ask myself why we should even try to keep power prices low if no one else is willing to work with us. Hopefully all you raw material producers will keep in mind that, eventually, I will not be able to afford materials for expansion which means that I will be forced to raise my power prices as well. And obviously some of you would just produce your own power but in the long run you only hurt yourself by wasting those building slots on power plants. From now on I will no longer argue in favor of lower power prices. Why should I?
It is understandable. And I agree with Eleknar. Just like you are donating to charity and none say thank you to you? For steel I think it is impossible while stones and wood price may need to be lower to favour power producers or other company.Eleknar wrote:I still think that power should stay at or below 0.09 caps. I dun mean to hurt anyone's profit. I just hope we all can get mutual benefit (Though reality is harsh)
power should not go below 0.1! even thought i am not a power producer i say this because otherwise it will hurt the power producers.... 0.2 is a reasonable priceEleknar wrote:I still think that power should stay at or below 0.09 caps. I think the price of power is fair really, Because the market has always been an expensive way of buying things, And if you need power people should be willing to pay the price, And for the producers its just more profit...And the more profit for the producers the more power we can make and therfore supply to the customers...
And i doubt that it is going make people produce their own power because any well established company would not have the time and buildings space to make it themselves it just wouldnt be time effective.
I think the price of power shopuld be kept at roughly 0.23-0.24 as that way suppliers make decent profit and customers have got affordable power.
This way everyone is happy... Especially me as a supplier of power
