By taking the loans, you also agree to this.

Please bear in mind:If the loan has not been returned until the end of the duration, the Kapi Bank will seize your money. If you are not solvent, the bank will randomly seize your buildings (only the constructing value counts). The value of the seized object can be a lot higher than the loan value. If your account does not cover the loan, it will be reset.

Also by any chance, did you see the Terms of Use and The User Agreement?

Wow Made in Indonesia, do you work for Kapilands? Talk about going overboard with the defense in not 1 thread but 2.

As I understand it, this did not happen, the bank took ALL of their buildings not enough to cover the value of the loan. Also remember that the buildings count was not reset accordingly meaning that no new buildings could be built without mod intervention.

What I understand is that he had the money to pay back the loan, but it took his money and his buildings. Therefore, there is something faulty in the loan script.

IMHO
considering that Milenko wasn't the first affected for this bug.... and considering that they are not minimally able to handle this bug... they should already have blocked the feature, when happened the first time.

@suppliers inc... milenko is in TIB, and we all have the list of our structure nearly updated in a thread in our forum... probably he passed this list to them.

This isn't the first post of this nature I've seen. I can only draw one conclusion.
Bank loans are Very Bad Things. Do Not Use Them. Pretend They Are Not An Option In This Game.
