I couldn't believe my eyes when I went Factory shopping. There staring me in the face was a 6200m2 factory, albeit in Mauritania, for a whopping

$300 000. I had to double check and yep a 6200m2 factory for less than construction price.
I then thougth of selling it back to the market.. when i clicked sell I could sell ti back (not at the market) for 13million.
ROFLMAO
I can't even remember the poor dudes name..

Anyone else ever been this lucky?

BTW: I guess it is AGAINST RULES to buy a building basically for free.

It should trigger an account ban.

I KNOW that I got it cheap, very cheap, but an account ban. Dude wake up.

as long as the price in market is higher than what you can get
from selling your building to system, then it's ok.

lol it wasnt but you are allowed to sell buildings at any price i think... and not get a ban tbh :\

[EDIT by GoldenEye: If the price is way too low you will certainly get a ban as it would be unallowed advantage for the buyer.]
