Where are the game rules?

probably a stupid question, but where are the official game rules located?

I mean as in the TERMS AND CONDITIONS. or what ever you want to call it.

If you scroll down a little on the login page you will find a bunch of links at the bottom, also at the lower part on the login screen, where you can register there is this.

I accept the rules and the user agreement <- with links to said.
