You know Independant TV on R2 who posted a fax for people to vote stones and Electronics, well talking to him in RL, he has just realised he has 279,500m2 of plantations finishing on Saturday. He thought they were finishing expansion in in 2weeks time, he isn't the brightest at times

I think we should have a run-off election between the first and second place, because cocoa has less than 50% of the votes and because I am pretty sure that people who didn't vote for cocoa would vote against it (since we can't stand another plantation contest!!)

this is what happens at the local ellections in greece!
also, mining products were voted by more people than cocoa so it is unfair to have a plantation product when mining companies are divided between stones and diamonds.

We have got a "first past the post-election" this time.
So will will have got a winner by plurality but not majority.

Maybe we will change the system in a possible future election, but not this time.
It should not be too bad at all... the contest is short enough, isn't it?

How about a contest to see who can make the most tankers and booms to cleanup the Gulf of Mexico. Obama won't let them near the work site until after he has used this as an excuse to dry every last pound from British Petroleum... but if the equipment is made by unions and the ships are manned by Islamic extremists then he'd be too scared to stop the invasion as the fleet enters the waters.

I agree with this, a themed contest Were you have to send petrol (for the tankers), corn (for the animals), stones (to build coastal protection), chemicals (to disperse the oil) and computers (to coordinate the lot). Woule be fun.

With the price of coins thewse days new players have almost no chance of getting premium unless they donate. if somehow a stone contest would lower the price of coins for the newer gusy then I would be all for it

Goldeneye, if there is another contest, could you possibly allow you to change your vote? More modern forums can do it, but can this one do it?

P.S Where have all the cocoa voters come from?

I have only seen 3 or 4 posts in here that say they want cocoa and surely cocoa isn't that popular?

I voted cocoa, But I plead "not guilty by reason of insanity" on that issue.

BTW: I love the vote feature, it actually persuaded me to get involved with the forums. However....
If we do have another vote I suggest we vote for the next product while a contest is running. A week without a contest is such a hardship for us addicts.
