It's coming to a week since the last contest ended, and I am growing anxious with the lack of announcement on the status of the awarding of contest certs from the admins. I'm sure many others are too.

Really don't mind waiting if there is a glitch somewhere, in which case, an assuring word or two would sooth much. Thanks!

the reply was 08may. there are some who have got their prize and others who should have got it but are still waiting. i'm sure the team is doing their best to rectify the situation and fix what is causing the problem in the first place. judging from the amount of people who have posted regarding the last contest alone, it will take some time to sort through.

like many, i feel that an occasional update regarding these things would be nice, even if it was something as simple as .... "still working on it" .... "R(n) product Q(x) contest closed - congratulations to winners - prizes sent".

i guess that in the meantime the will be another hold on contests while this is sorted out.
