If I get material to work with, I might be able to make an article about the forum to put in KapiTimes, but since we're working with a very small editor base who are often very busy IRL, I need help in collecting content to write the article around.

Let me say this though: The fact that people are saying "the forum is dead" is not helping it get active.
Imagine being a new player (or new to the forum, for that matter) and the first post you read is someone saying "the forum is dead", they're just going to give up on the forum immediately.
Try to think about that, in your attempts to draw more activity to this place. ;)

Keep a positive message, you'll be more likely to get positive results!

I might be wrong but I think he might have revered to the TIB1 forum being dead... cause it is... cannot log or find it anymore...

In my opinion this forum is not doing bad... its actually fairly active.. I have always been able to sell my stuff and buy what I need through the forum.

Most players browsing through dont reply but contact you ingame refering to a post...

thats my 2 cents..:)

As for the last post on the last page, that's about these forums. ;)

As for the TiB forums, I've never been a member of those so I'd have no idea how they are doing.
The newspaper article will focus on the official forums (this one) as it's directly attached to Kapilands/Upjers.

It's a shame that there is no TiB1 forum around at the moment, i should very much have liked to join it.

As for CMB, he still replies to me on occasion, as it was him and partner in crime halee-burton who helped me to refine my business plan in the first place, so i owe rather a lot to him, and if he is indeed becoming so inactive, it is a shame to lose such a god player.

Im going into my third year, i think, might even be longer (i do not recall how long i played prior to my realm one reset) and it is nice to se some old faces going back, though it is a shame there is not so large an influx of new players to fill those gaps.

CMB and most of the larger companies have nothing left to achieve here. Totally understandable, however there are no new companies taking over. To much inactive players and not enough effort to attract new players.

Atleast thats how i see it. Dont know everything thats happening behind the screens.

I started playing about 2 months after the English/american version started up, so about 4 years for me also, never played the vary-first game like this that was not in English for that reason alone lol.

Noticed there are barely any companies buying supplies from the market, guessing everyone is established with contracts now.

stopped playing for almost a year, back for the time being ^^ Noticed strawberries are a couple hundred caps each... still makes me wonder wtf XD

All the ranting and raving that went on in the forums about a month before i stopped about wardrobes being more in demand then food items as if they were an alternative fuel source, i see the game still hasn't grasped that basic logic that kapilanders aren't termites eating a few wardrobes a day at 2500caps each. i was told a more advanced kapilands was going to hit the net with promise of a more logical-economic system for demands, that was over a year ago...

Glad to see some of the TiB's are still here, guess people are just more into playing games with moving flash-based objects Lol

Still playing but have nothing to say on the forums. Everything has been debated before. No reason to start anew.

I think I'm at 2 years now. Or maybe 3. Can't remember. Time flies!
Anyway. Back to hiding.
