Yes, Diamonds take the lead!
And cocoa in 2nd place, not bad.

Yeah, food is quite an exciting contest all the time as well... usually because there are not enough ingredients being supplied (flour in this case, there is hardly any flour around so bread would be an exciting contest).

I chose cocoa. That's the only thing I can produce with Q (realm 1). Ironic really since I need cash on R2.

Seems cocoa is in the lead by a long way now.
Not bad for me since I can make 1 mil cocoa a day on R2 and 250,000 cocoa a day in Realm 1.
I like this voting, so you can buy up all the qualities of the contest product before the contest starts., knowing the winner of the vote.

Yep, you're taking a big gamble though, as the contest quality won't be known until the contest is released.

Is that the Cocoa Powder or Bottled Cocoa?
Has there ever been an NPC product in contest before? Seems like only a contest that the uber rich could compete in since the little guys cant afford significant quantities and they cant supply people either for big profit margins since people already paying fractions of dollars under what NPC sells those products for already

Nah, for diamonds I have bought up all qualities 0-7 which means I am virtually guaranteed it..
Same for cocoa, and computers I have Q0-3.

Like in "The Eurovision" ... My vote goes to ... Diamonds
Why ?
The last time we used mines, was for the Contest : Silver Q4 (August 31, 2009 to September 11, 2009), it's been about nine months ago ...
Cocoa, for me, should not be considered (even if I have many plantations ^^) because plantations have been used twice recently (Seed Q8 and more recently Cotton Q4).

Shouldn't you consider it in terms of the profit you would make?
I mean, if you would make (let's say) 100 mil caps daily profit from a diamonds contest but 400 mil caps daily profit from a cocoa contest, wouldn't you choose cocoa (regardless of when we had the last contests?)?
