Lol... getting drunk well that kind of silly... it ok to drink and have some alchol, but when you drink to the point when you are drunk and the next day you have a bad hang over what the fun in that?

its been -15c (sorry america and that other country that still use F but i dont know what that is in F) and the wind chill has made it -22 (live in N.S. canada)

Well. It is -2C in Northern Ireland and it is raining. WE don't have anymore snow and the rain is turning to ice on impact with ground.
