At the moment there are 26 offers for Q0 steel priced from 158,50 up until 681000 caps per unit, and 148 offers for power from 0,29 up until 100000 caps per unit..
And I won't even mention the wood...
It only shows there are people who offer it...
And like goldeneye wrote, they risk being banned.

Yes it does. At NPC price you will need at least q15 gold just to break even.2. Gold only gives a profit with cheap power.
Stones allows you to make a good profit even at NPC power and water. So why should i buy it from another player?. If i buy from NPC it may help at least a little bit to bring power prices down. We sould all do it (if the product you are making allows you to)1. Why accept a smaller profit then necessary?
I found some power and water suppliers that are willing to sell their power cheaper than NPC. So i can make a decent profit with gold now. I wouldn't if i hadnt find them.2. Why produce something that doesn't give a decent profit?
One more thing Ronintje, if you don't agree with me thats perfect, i have no problem with that. But you should always try to be respectful.

I consider it respectfull to not tell lies to someone and telling you you aren't stupid is telling a lie.
But if you are happy with not making a profit i really don't care and wish you a lot more fun in the game, just don't tell others they should do the same stupid thing cuz THAT is disrespectfull to the other players who might do that stupid thing just cuz of your "advise".
If producing power makes such great profit, start producing it yourself.
If you don't do it cuz it doesn't make a profit, why not allow those who do produce power to at least get the maximum out of it.
This is a game of giving and taking, if you don't respect others enough to let them make some money you sure don't deserve the right to complain about others not being respectfull towards you.
Bottomline:
- you pay more for power then the market price which is plain stupid!
- you produce a product that actually doesn't give a profit which is plain stupid!
That isn't lack of respect, those are facts you wrote yourself.

No one is telling that you are wrong, it's only a question of the right to choose, and from my side I prefer to pay 0,27 to NPC than paying 0,23 to other player's. The difference between you and the guy who was complaining about respect is you not telling us you are "forced" to find a cheap power supplier cuz otherwise you wouldn't make a profit on gold while your profit on stones was enough to be able to buy from NPC....
Now tell me, don't you think a guy who seriously claims he can no longer buy power from NPC cuz he changed production from stones to gold and otherwise can't make a profit is talking a bit to much BS ??
I think the word stupid (tho i actually never told him he was in my original message to him) isn't even that terrible, i would be able to find several words that would fit better after reading the story about being forced to no longer buy NPC due to changing production to gold...
