This game keeps getting less interesting. A lot of big players are being banned lately, who have put a lot of time in their companies. This way it's not fun anymore!! You have 2 check, and dubbelcheck every contract you sign, because otherwise you can get banned... That can be really hard when you just came out of the pub, or when you just woke up. Because I know WWTC always checks his accounts when he has got a chance ... so he does not keep his costumers waiting. Then it can happen that you accept something, that 'according 2 the rules' you cannot accept!!!

What I am trying to say is, can't you make one mistake???

the guy above got a point!!!
kapilands will lose its interest among their players

this game is already lack of key features liek an IRC chat and a stock market, which other games have
now, people get banned because of a slight mistake of careless and they get banned

kapilands is getting too totalitarian.....................too facist in easier terms

i think i am going to quit as well if WWTC and RVF doesnt get unlocked!

bah :(
i know both players and i have worked with them, never act like cheaters for me or do anythink close to cheating.
however i guess that RVF hasnt logged in after WWTC accepted his contract, otherwise i am sure that he would noticed that he is missing money and than talk with WWTC, that way he would return the oil, same amount for same price, which as i know isnt considered as cheating, but i guess that moderators didnt leave them time ..... sad if u ask me.
real sad, i suggest to mods to reconsider their decision, and think again about this. this is great lose for everyone, LOSE-LOSE situation = WORST.
on long term the game lose so are moderators as part of the game.
Dunno what else to say, i think it sall said before.
if there is a petition and it can help in any way u have my SIGN.

Hello,

The only right thing to do is give them back their account. Taking away their prize in the contest, or the money for the oil, is already a big enough punishment.
These people know the rules and have played by them for a long time. This was only a small mistake and banning them for that is just sad.
One of them has even made a site where he says "This game is really great", surely he wouldn't cheat at the same game.

I know there are rules that should be followed (although they are really too strict sometimes), but there is also something like common sense, which I know you mods have and should follow.

There are a lot of the other players here that strongly disagree with the banning.

So giving them back their account is the only right thing to do.

I only now noticed that my account is locked, I can say that I didn't even noticed the mistake, the game could have a warning to say "Are you sure that whant to sell at 0,00", not that long message that after so many contracts no one read it any longer.
That is a very good idea!!
I have also made that mistake a few times by sending someone a contract and forgot to fill in the price, he noticed and cancelled the contract thank god, but if I would get a message that says, "are you sure you want to sell for 0,00" I would be warned and be able to correct it in time. and no harm done.

It is sad to see that after all the discussions about this issue nothing has changed in the approach of moderators towards this problem.
And mistakes like this could be prevented so easily by just a simple solution as Siberian Tiger suggests.
Yes I know we should all read our contracts carefully and yes it is our own fault if we make a mistake, but we are also human, so we will continue making mistakes every now and then.
( and therefore continue to get banned... I am afraid..)

We discussed everything via PM, didn't we?
Why do you need to open this thread?

Activities like this make it even worse...
Sending contracts at 0 Caps is against the rules. When the cheater scouts start to make exceptions... oh well - where would we end up?

The funny thing is that we had a discussion in the forums during the last days that the cheater scouts are not consequent enough and that the rules are not clear enough. Now we have this case of sending remarkable amounts of a product at 0 Caps and the cheater scouts work strictly... now even this is wrong...
