Why is the Community Building so much more expensive to build than any other special building?

Because It's really easy 2 get a lot of points with a community building, but It's also very expensive

no when you are looking for 10000 chairs and there are people selling chairs for 100,000 becasuer they know you are doing a quest (or whatever its called)

The reason for the community building being that expensive is the following.
It is the newest special building and was implemented due to the fact that in the German version many players already have got full expanded (special) buildings. The programmers wanted to create a new task for old players. And this can only be done by the use of huge amounts of money.

yes it get expensive fast im doing the one that costs 1billion now

and its only expanded to 180m2 lol
