How much can I expand?

Hi All,
Exactly when does expansion get limited?
It always says "you can still expand by 32167m2" (not sure if thats the exact number but it is always the same)
If there is a limit, what is it please? I have 60+ buildings at 700m2 each now how far can I expect to go?

Whatever your current building size, plus whatever they tell you is the amount remaining.

Current + Remaining = Total possible

But the more I expand, the remaining amount does not decrease....

That is correct.

32767m2 is maximum size of production, sales and research buildings. But some special buildings have different max. size.....
