how much special contests are there ( i mean were you have to build a special building and get so goods?) i had the renoir and the wine but how much are there more to come? and when?

You can never tell when you get the next quest, only the order is always the same. gallery -> wine cellar -> afghanistan -> more (forgot about the rest)

You should know that for the first two quests you need the buildings, but not the the other quests.
