Sales data report

I was looking over the report of something I was trying to sell, and this confused me. Thoughts?

The demand of Oranges was covered in the last days to 4.32%.

Go to Stats (top)
Choose "Supply and Demand" (left)
Pick the country (top)
Scroll down to Oranges

Divide Supply by Demand and you will get about 4.3%

which then begs the question as to what it means and how it impacts the game?

It simes that it has no effect on sales before the supplies is bigger then demand. At that stage it is imposibel to sell anything within a decent time frame
