If you wish North and South America to be one continents then there is no such thing as Europe and Africa. They are both connected to Asia are they not?
Yes. They are.

But what are you getting at?

Azer, come on... If you read the article in wikipedia you quoted, you must have seen that there are different models of the continents. A 7 continent model, a 6 continent model and also a 5 continent model. Even a 4 continent model, putting Africa, Europe and Asia on one continent. So you also are right putting them together. It

You need to remember this is an international forum. Would you rather play it safe and have 7 continent or start insulting people and only list 6?

This is my continent where I live. Do you really want me telling you what is right and wrong in your continent? I am not about to do that.

North and South America are two different continents. If you wish to say different move here first.

Wow!! Can't believe how pissed you are getting over this!!
Hell, I agree with you just because I can see the anger in your post!!

But this argument is similar to one over the pronunciation of the word "scone" - valid points on each side, but at the end of the day not something you should get so wound up by!

Actually, I think the "scone" debate only goes on in England
Does anyone even know what a scone is???

Think about the poor people from Antarctica! What should they vote in the poll? I get the feeling some forum users are just letting it all out , and this is a good thing.

I mean after you finish this rhetorical debate maybe you could go and re-write that wiki-pedi thingy. I think there is a few things in there that someone just made up on the spot. :?

An Australian politician once said... "There have been some allegations made. Now all we have to work out is who the alligators are."

Maybe they didn't search wikipedi in those days. Who are these alligators?

Here in Australia we have this little thing down at the bottom of our island, it's call Tasmania. Now some of us ozzies like having a go at the people from Tasmania because nobody ever remembers to include them in a map of Australia.

Tasmania is like Australia to the rest of Asia. We just sort of tag along at the back of the mob, like a 4yo kid holding onto our mothers skirt. Nobody ever takes much notice of us except the Kiwi's of course. New Zealand is sort of like our "little sibling" Tasmania, but New Zealand is a few years older and doesn't have to hold mothers skirt anymore.

Where is New Zealand?

It's all just Pangea to me. :D

OK, using my awesome moderator powers, I have undertaken the enormous task of fixing this oversight.

Instead of the grossly offensive "America", it now says "Americas". And thus is technically correct. (The best kind of correct.)
