how da hell do companies get upto 40billion FA???

i have fully expanded 99 wells, my RC is fully expanded, and even if i fully expand the remaining special buildings i have yet to expand, i will definietly not get 40 billion FA.

probably will be lucky to reach 26 billion FA at the most
