Of course GoldenEye has always done a very good job,
unfortunately due to real-life issues he asked me to take over the tasks of uploading the newspaper and creating the contests as the Editor in Charge.

I've been involved with KapiTimes for nearly 2 years already,
for the last year I've done most of the coding and editing except for the interview page which is done by NYK,
uploading has been GoldenEye's task since like.. forever.

I am happy with my "promotion" and I hope that you guys will continue to enjoy reading KapiTimes and the in-game contests.

I will also show myself on the forums more often, mainly to check on contest-related threads.
