If someone can or will be able to produce atleast 4 mil oil much by September/October 2011, I'll provide them with very high Q oil research

, full Mine & RC and 15 or so large wells to produce for me.

Edit - Actually make it September/October 2011 but I'll be needing atleast 2 mil by this Spring.

Not to rain on your parade but this request makes no sense. You're willing to supply someone with high Q oil, Mine RC (?!) and several wells to make oil?

The "willing to supply someone with high Q oil" bit is probably a typo for oil research...

Indeed, yes it was a typo, and yes I want to move over to producing gas so I would like someone to take my research and facilities and produce for me since the last time I tried it wasn't easy to find consistent suppliers of large quantities.

There's no way to 'give' someone researches or buildings.
You can sell it for a price lower than market price, but not by much. (unless you want to get banned ofcorse

)

u can sell at just over production cost, which is alot below market price, also im willing to pay for the buildings.
