You do??
You have a Gibson?
Always wanted one, (Les Paul) but I bought a Richmond instead, cheaper.
Also always wanted a Fender strato, but also expensive so bought a fake one. :D
I had to replace the neck because it got crooked, and I replaced it with a Fender neck, so I have a little bit of REAL Fender now.
Strangely enough that fake guitar is my favourite, I learned to play on it about 15 years ago, and I still love that guitar.
Also have 3 acoustics, don't play them very much anymore though.
Maybe we could start a Kapilands band. 8)

Yep, I'm the proud owner of a Gibson SG :D

My 2 'V-Custom' models used to be of the brand Silvertone.
A les paul copy and a strat copy.

I'm also having a go at my brand new electric drumkit, but I'm not that good yet :P
I am, and will always be a guitarplayer first.

So..what music do you play?

Mostly 80's and early 90's music. (both rock and heavy metal)
But I'll also play anything that I like aside from those.
Even the songs that I write end up being in the 80's style. :P

Here's some bands/songs that I've been playing lately:

Metallica - Seek and Destroy
Metallica - Enter Sandman
Metallica - Cyanide
Meredith Brooks - I'm A -----
Whitesnake - Here I Go Again
Pearl Jam - Alive
Rage Against The Machine - Killing In The Name Of
Anouk - Girl
Di-Rect - Rollercoaster

Yes, i thought you would like that song(Focus)-Sylvia).
Well then I must educate you a little on Dutch Rock bands.
Try: "Brainbox" -"Down Man".

Haha, het goede Doel.

Well, "Belgie" is a funny song I must admit.

Metallica is great.
I always love "Sad but True".
Also good for practising the guitar.

Haha.

Most of my Dutch Band education has been from Radio Veronica :P
Educate me :)

-----

I think I can play along to more than 10 Metallica songs at this moment, and still learning how to play many others by them.

Also ofcourse:

"Doe Maar"
"Herman Brood"
"Jan Akkerman"
"Earth and Fire"
"Toontje Lager"
"Lucifer"
"Kayak"

Talking about Metallica, "Iron Horse" did some very good and surprising covers of them.

Pff, I could go on talking about music all day. :D

B52s, I actually know one of their songs, I realised that after looking on Youtube.
But they are too poppy for me :P

Cuby & The Blizzards: After listening to a few songs I gotta say that they're cool :D

Sweet D'Buster: 'It takes a lot of time' is a really cool song. :)

Focus: I love 'em, I actually knew Hocus Pocus already, Which is a very cool song, unfortunately Hocus Pocus and Sylvia are the only songs I can find :P

Supersister: difficult to find on youtube, but the song that I could find, isn't my style :P
Same thing for Dizzy Mans Band.

I gotta look for Iron Horse, then.

I know Herman Brood (& His Wild Romance) of course.
As a guitarplayer, I have to know Jann Akkerman :)

What about Clouseau? :P I love their song 'Louise'

By the way, this is one of my customized guitars.

Just for the record, I own the rights to this picture,
as it's one of my own instruments and I took the picture myself
