Usually, the more followers you have, the more popular you are. Of course, you also have to have something useful to tell those people, not just crap or spam.

thanks for explaining.WallachianHoldingRomania wrote:Twitter is a social networking platform, much like Facebook, MySpace etc, where people post short messages ( known as tweets ) to let others know what are they doing at that moment. It's basically a micro-blogging service.

You're welcome, Jan. I should know a little about Twitter, since I, myself, have an account there for some time now. Plus, I used to be involved into the internet and affiliate marketing ( a.k.a making money online ) thing, where you'd hear a lot about social marketingjan1666 wrote:thanks for explaining.WallachianHoldingRomania wrote:Twitter is a social networking platform, much like Facebook, MySpace etc, where people post short messages ( known as tweets ) to let others know what are they doing at that moment. I USED to make money online about 2 years ago, but I quit after a while, because I was actually getting bored of what I was doing at that time ( blogging in the make money online niche ) and just wanted to take some time and consider my options.jan1666 wrote:money money

.
From my standpoint, it is not that interesting. I barely log in to my account every now and then, to post a tweet or to add new people to my list. But, that's just me. There are others who spend lots of time there and are very enthusiastic about this service. They manage to amass thousands of followers.sergiurocks506 wrote:Thanks.WallachianHoldingRomania wrote:Now you know what Twitter issergiurocks506 wrote: Never heard of Twitter before....

It isn't actually interesting by the sound of it.
Most social networking sites do manage to, especially big ones like Twitter.WallachianHoldingRomania wrote:From my standpoint, it is not that interesting. Was actually referring to the fact that Twitter users manage to amass a huge number of followers, not the network itself. Of course, this service has grown over the years and has lots of members, but in this case, wasn't talking about it, in particular.sergiurocks506 wrote:Most social networking sites do manage to, especially big ones like Twitter.WallachianHoldingRomania wrote:From my standpoint, it is not that interesting.
