Well it wasn't a runawaycar, the guy did it on purpose he said.
Nobody really knows why, he died a couple of days later.

Modern windmills do a great job, they are just not very nice to look at.

And yeah there is one in amsterdam on the outskirts so if it's working or not i dont know
