Illy I do beleive you even though I do not know what is Esperanto. BTW i know 4 languages : Maltese,Enlgish, French and Italian

If you consider Gibberish as a language I also know Gibberish and Simlish

and Spam isn't a language in itself

NO. I believe in the language of spam and its inner meaning. You speak it even though you don't know it. Word Association is one big spam. Also Gibberish is a language because people speak, mad people and babies and every one that cant be bothered thinking for a while in the middle of a conversation.

Is spamming a form of art?

I condsider Gibberish as a language though spam not. Gibberish and Simlish are used much that I like to use them.
