I won 2 contest (Oranges - place 45 and Advertising - place 59) but my score dont improved, I dont have a place in classaments and I dont see any Contest Certificates in my warehouse!!!

Places - Oranges 46, Advert 59. I still also have not yet receive my Advertisement Certificate but for oranges, you should ask the Moderator. Btw i stomped the place of 23 In oranges tho... Soooo close to getting in #20

Please be patient - your case will be checked as soon as possible.

By the way: As far as I know... the prizes for the latest contest (advertisment Q1) haven't been sent until now. This will be done during the weekend.

well i been waiting for my contest prize also lol i would like mine and the weekend is over and just got back home today and still dotn see no cantest certificates

should get 2 of them

sorry about the problems, we don't really know why that happens on the English server. So far we have had none of this happen on the German server. Please let us know your id's, as we'll have to add the money to your account manually!

Special buildings give you points also and if you expand the buildings it will give you more points or if you send goods to it you will get points for that it will tell you how many points you get for the goods nexed to it

so how long is this gong to take to get are items

You can find your ID when you click on Help (at the top) and than on FAQ in the left menu

User-ID = Player number. Your User-ID is number >ID here<

Its also in cluded in the link to your showcase -> (thats yours)

well everyone dont come to forum to knwo that something is wrong so they have to find out everyones ID but i dont think it take this much time to find there IDs
