Registration Failure

My wife started playing, and I thought it looked fun so I made an account. It never sent me anything for acivation, and won't let me log in. When I requested a retrival password it said my email address wasn't even listed, so not sure what to do from here.

What was the name of the account you made?

Have you tried registering the company again?
