The game ate my coins.

I purchased 200 coins about half an hour ago and they arrived promptly - cheers for that.

The problem is that when enabling my premium account I wanted a single month - and I made sure that in the box it said '20' coins because I didn't want to use all of my supply. However, it has eaten all my coins and even though it has given me equivalent time I did not want to spend them all on a premium account. I reiterate that when I chose to spend some on a premium account, I put the correct amount (20) in for a single month.

My player number is 68030 and my company is BlackShard.

Can this be corrected?

In the box you have to insert the MONTHS you want the premium account, if you put 20, maybe the system sells you 10 months of premium account (20 coins x 10 months = 200 coins)

Ack! It was 20 so I thought it meant coins, since I knew I had only enough for 10 so if it were max months it should have been 10.

Gah!

Still, no chance of it being fixed?

Check your account and see if you are content now... if not contact me via PM ;)

... and I changed the phrase where you activate a Premium Account to "Number of Premium Month you like". Now it really should be clear :P
