Possible bug with selling on market

Post by Guest » 18.06.2009, 21:19

I'm not entirely sure whether this is an actual bug or not, but it seems like one (it's certainly causing problems).

The problem is with putting rubber on the market- it's on my Dad's account, and every time he tries to sell it at market, it gets to the shipping page and then says 'That's not a good deal. You'd better not do this' and cancels sending it.

The rubber is at market price, and not selling at a loss, so we can't see why it would say that, but he tried it several times, even changing the price slightly, but it still fails on the shipping page. Everything else still sells fine.

He's on Realm 2, company name One Eyed Willie, user ID 312369.

Did you check the quality of the rubber first? Rubber with higher quality would have a higher price than rubber of lower quality. I just sent some rubber to the market place myself (quality 0), and didn't have any problems, when using the current market prices.

Please check if the price your Dad chose is comparable to the market prices of the same quality. If it still doesn't seem to work, please don't hesitate to post here again.

Cheers,

We checked at the time, and it was Quality 0, the same as what we were looking at on the market. We haven't tried it yet today, so I don't know if it's working yet- if it is I'll post again to say so tonight when my Dad goes on his account.

The quality is definitely the same as what we were looking at on the market though, that was one of the first things I checked.

Hmm, okay. Please try again, it might also have been a temporary error. If the problem persists, I'll ask our programmers to check your Dad's account,

Best regards,
