How could i be Billionnaire with 999,329,485.75 caps when I stricly calculate for not going above 1,000,000,000.00 to get the benefit of the construction ?

happens to me too (at earlier stages), I think it's either the $ in your shops, or $ in production cost, can't be warehouse for sure - cuz otherwise I'd be manager a week ago (and I'm still a wholesaler now
