Hi.
I just purchased 100,000 power from the market at 0.08c.
I was charged the appropriate $8000 for this power, then a minute later, I was charged $80,000 for the same transaction. I only received one set of the purchase, i.e. 100,000 power.
I am only a very small company, so the lost $80,000 is literally half my cash! Could I please have it back?
Thanks,
AussieInc.

I don't know if you'll get your money back, but the same kind of thing happened to me: I sold 200,000 water to a company named Xxxxxxxx XXX (Xs made by me) accidentally for 0.00. I asked him several times to give me back my water at .05 so I could resell it to him at .15 and recover my losses. He only replied back with "esse" and "plese". I contacted Main Typhoon, but nothing happenned...
*Sigh*

@Invuse: these are 2 completely different issues... I do not know whether you are talking about me, when you write (as in you other post) Typhoon... but I would prefer it if you stick to the truth...
@Aussie: I cannot find any company AussieInc., the only company I see is AussieInc (without the dot). I think that is your company.
You bought 2 times power: the first time at 18:38: 10,000 units of power for 0.08
and at 18:39: 100,000 units of power for 0.08
You bought this power, however, from 2 different companies. So it does not seem to be a bug, but maybe you clicked one of the offers by accident...

Yes but...
1. I didn't receive 200,000 of power - only 100,000.
2. I paid two lots of money - 8c and 80c (see my 'account').
3. The oil I manufactured from it had a manufacturing price of $83 - meaning that if I sell it I make a $40 odd loss.
4. At the market I clicked on 'oil' to bring only oil onto the screen, then 'price' to ensure that I had the cheapest prices. So how could I have purchased oil at 80c?
Yes I am aware that there were two different times for the transaction (from my 'account'), which is why I checked to see if I had received two orders (which I didn't) For the second order I was charged $80,000, (I suspect that I received the $80,000 one because of the cost price my oil ended up at (I made 1000 oil from it).
If you have access, please check again. I know I am correct.
PS the 10,000 was a completely different order (I keyed too few 0s) and ordered again. Check the two transactions AFTER that.

1x 100,000 and 1x 10,000 (not 100,000!)1. I didn't receive 200,000 of power - only 100,000.
I just saw my mistake... you did not buy 2 times for 0.08, but:2. I paid two lots of money - 8c and 80c (see my 'account').
100,000 x 0.8 = 80,000 caps
10,000 x 0.08 = 800 caps
(10,000 at 18:38 and 100,000 at 18:39)
so I do not have the same figures as you...
Oil? you mean power, don't you... but you did not buy any power for 80 caps... you did, however buy for 0.8, which is a horrible price indeed... and that has been done after you bought some power for 0.08.... I assume that you maybe did not sort it according to the cheapest price.. because otherwise there would have been more users complaining about this bug....4. At the market I clicked on 'oil' to bring only oil onto the screen, then 'price' to ensure that I had the cheapest prices. So how could I have purchased oil at 80c?
And there was no further power-purchase that day... the next trade has been effected on the 4th of August... and these were 2.5 mio of power... (!!) <--- I think you know what I mean
If you still don't agree, we should maybe handle this via pm, as there are too many details on your account which could otherwise be posted here...
